Refund policy
All products sold by DROP SHOT go through a rigorous quality control process before reaching your hands. We also rely on over ten years of experience in the production and manufacturing of each of our items.
In accordance with current consumer goods warranty regulations, our products carry a 6-month warranty from the date of the purchase invoice within Spanish territory. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, and any defect that occurs after the sixth month must be proven by the consumer to have originated at the factory.

How to Request a Warranty Claim:

Send an email to shop@dropshot.es explaining the order details and the reason for the issue. Attach clear photos of the product and follow the instructions provided.

Please note that the warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use or misuse of the product. For example, if a racket breaks due to an impact, it will not be covered under warranty.

Once the item has been sent to the technical service, there are two possible outcomes:
3.1 The item is replaced with a new one. In this case, the same product will be returned—exchanges for different items are not allowed.
3.2 It is determined that the product does not have a manufacturing defect. The original product will be returned to the customer. Shipping and return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Process a Return:

To make any return or exchange, contact us via shop@dropshot.es, including all order details and the reason for the return. You must also provide the information outlined in point 3.

Customers have 15 calendar days from receiving their order to initiate a return.
Note: Orders placed during the Pre-Black Friday and Black Friday periods (from 08/11/2024 to 02/12/2024) will have an extended return window until 31/01/2025.

If you want to return an item from your online order, send an email to shop@dropshot.es or call 916266389 and confirm the following information:

MRW tracking number

Drop Shot order reference number

Your contact info: phone, address, and preferred pickup time
We will arrange pickup at the provided address, or you may take the item to an MRW location (please mention this preference in the email).

The product must be unused and returned in the original packaging, including tags and stickers. Modified products will not be accepted.

Customers must provide the purchase invoice. If unavailable, the order must be recorded in Drop Shot’s database.

Return shipping costs are covered by the company. Items sent with unpaid shipping will not be accepted.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Once the product is received at our warehouse and verified to meet the return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.
